The Teen Board of the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas
exists to assist the House in meeting its mission of serving families with seriously ill children. Through a variety of volunteer projects and special events, the Teen Board's mission is to raise awareness of and interest in the Ronald McDonald House in the community.

Teen Board Teen Board

The 2008-2009 Teen Board was made up of over 60 teens from seven schools in the Dallas area. Service activities included: Bingo Nights, preparing meals for the families at the House, Christmas Tree decorating at the Old Red Museum, preparing for the Trains at NorthPark exhibit and Trains at NorthPark shifts. Being a part of the Teen Board is a great opportunity to receive community service hours through service learning and leadership.

Teen Board Requirements:

  • Must be a student at a Dallas area high school
  • Membership dues of $40.00. These dues/donations establish the operating budget for the Teen Board and will also provide a T-shirt. Donations are non-refundable. Financial Aid Scholarships are available based on need.
  • Participation in monthly meetings and service opportunities

Thank You for your interest in the Teen Board! All spots have been filled at this time. Please contact us in April 2010 for applications for 2010-2011.
